It... read more should have been removed when our roof was replaced 2 years ago. The vent filter is not a "filter," but rather a trap. Very little air was escaping out of the vent. Drying time for a medium load was about 1:30 or 2:00 hours. Afterwards, it was 40 minutes. Thanks for the professional service. In previous homes, the vent was out the side of the house and we could service it ourselves. This one vents out the roof so we left it to the professionals.

A couple of weeks later we contacted Lake Sumter - Beth I believe. She set up the appt. Scott Larson, the owner, arrived and went right up on the roof. Problems detected right away. He then set up the equipment needed - everything state of the art. Cleaned the duct thoroughly, put everything back together, cleaned up, and it was like we had a new dryer. He is dedicated and very professional. We would not recommend anyone else in The Villages or the surrounding area to perform this service. They really deserve more than 5 Stars.
